Fifteen First Class Counties have been charged with breaching the FCC Competition Regulations 2024 by playing players for more than one match in their 2nd XI teams, without them completing the mandatory online modules covering anti-corruption, recreational drugs, and player behaviour.
All 15 teams accepted the summary process.
All 15 teams were sent a letter from the CDC Adjudicator cautioning them as to their future conduct.
