Case outcome: FCC Competition Regulations 2024

Sixteen First Class Counties have been charged with breaching the FCC Competition Regulations 2024 by playing players for more than one match in their 2nd XI teams, without them completing the mandatory online modules covering anti-corruption, recreational drugs, and player behaviour.

All 16 teams accepted the summary process.

All 16 teams were sent a letter from the CDC Adjudicator cautioning them as to their future conduct.

The teams were:

Worcestershire

Leicestershire

Hampshire

Lancashire

Gloucestershire

Glamorgan
