Case outcome: FCC Competition Regulations 2024 - Second Breach

Sixteen First Class Counties have been charged this season with breaching the FCC Competition Regulations 2024 by playing players for more than one match in their 2nd XI teams, without those players having completing the mandatory online modules covering anti-corruption, recreational drugs, and player behaviour.

All 16 teams accepted the summary process. All 16 teams were sent a letter from the CDC Adjudicator cautioning them as to their future conduct.

Three First Class Counties have subsequently breached the same Regulation again. They have each been fined £500 for this subsequent breach.

The three counties are:

Gloucestershire CCC

Middlesex CCC

Somerset CCC
